First time ever to a Sport Clips, great experience awesome customer service. Plan on going again in about 2 weeks, would like to get the same stylist.

Absolutely the worst fallen off business in Copperas Cove. When it was first put in it was the best place to take my son to have his haircut. However over time service has progressively gotten worse. All of the hairstylist who have left before today, who am sorry to say are very missed, were the few I trusted to have his hair cut by. Today makes the third time we have left there with poor service. I scheduled our appointment online and the check in time was at 3:55 this afternoon. When we got there it?s still set a 39 minute wait. We continue to wait as more people showed up at the business. While waiting the three stylists on the floor, spent 40 mins on one haircut a piece. One stylist, Mitzi, needed another to fix a basic fade which she botched terribly. ( that specific customer informed my husband he would go home and buzz the rest of it off to fix what she messed up.) Once that debacle was fixed and finished the woman who was supposed to be cutting my sons hair, Jessie, walked out into the lobby and addressed the other half of them and asked who was ready for their haircut rather than call my son to her chair. Mind you his name was on the waiting list at the very top. After waiting 40 minutes just to be skipped we left the store without a haircut in an hour of wasted time. But ladies and gentlemen this is not the first time it has happened it is the second time we?ve left that place without my son getting his haircut, once that debacle was fixed and finished the woman who was supposed to be cutting my sons hair walked out into the lobby and addressed the other half of them and asked who was ready for their haircut rather than call my son to her chair. All three times we give the stylus the benefit of the doubt and we wait patiently we don?t rush we don?t bother. Today was the final straw I will no longer spend an hour of my day just to sit there and watch these ladies gossip on the floor. We will not be returning. Very disappointing that they care so little about the business they represent to put forth such a low quality of customer service.

Courtney was my stylist, very friendly, professional and courteous. Recommend her everytime, amazing service and facilities. They also take care of military personnel, thank you again, courtney!
