I walked in today without an online appointment. I signed in and waited as directed to do. After about 20 minutes, I was called for a haircut. I informed the cutter that I wanted a mohawk and bring the back up to a nice point. My hair is about mid shoulder long and it's been cut before like a mohawk. After she finished, she asked me what I wanted to do with the long upper and back. I noticed several other people coming in front lobby. She handed me a mirror and I looked at back which she had buzzed down to level two all the way around. Unfortunately, she was more interested in helping lobby guest and not finishing my haircut. I thought my haircut looked nice til after I left and tipped her $15, then I really realized I was scammed. Sure she cut it but I told her how I wanted it from the start. In the end I wont go back to shop.

I am a Sr. Citizen and I will return. The staff was polite and kind. I enjoyed the conversation and the extremely talented stylist. Those that reviewed less must not have been truthful. 5 happy stars to a job well done.

First thing in there the receptionist spoke english but did not understand english. She did not know what, "do you have a open spot today" cause I was a walk in and I asked her multiple times thinking it was me and my mask. Then told me to stand back and take off my hood that i was wearing inside cause i was cold from walking there from home. Instantly making me feel like a criminal. If you treat me like a thug and cant understand english, why would I get my haircut with you?
